YOUR MISSION _________

Budget & Forecast

• Support the budget planning process for TR APAC by gathering data, preparing templates, and ensuring deliverables align with HQ requirements and timelines.
• Assist in financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of different strategies and market dynamics on budget assumptions.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations to facilitate review of budget planning and mid-long term strategy plan
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all budget deliverables
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strict cost control discipline, and develop tracking report that allows the stakeholders to closely monitor their KPIs and achieve profitable target

Closing & Reporting

• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate sell-in, sell-out & full P&L reporting to management and stakeholders
• Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including the review of POs and ensuring expenses align with budgets and are phased correctly.
• Partner with Accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, and accruals booking.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and propose initial recommendations for corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, LVMH Group accounting standards, and internal control guidelines.

Business Analysis & Processes

• Conduct analysis and reporting of TR APAC business performance, including preparing and monitoring sell-in/sell-out data by operator.
• Assist in the refinement and application of controlling processes across the TR APAC team.
• Collaborate on projects and initiatives led by the Brand or Group, acting as a key point of contact to ensure efficient financial workflows and data management.
• Support the development of financial reports and BI dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Proactively participate in efforts to improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

As a Salvage engineer, the world is your playground. You never know when or where a ship gets into trouble. That is why for a Salvage Engineer literally every day is different. It sounds like a cliché, but it is the reality. As a Salvage Engineer, you will have an adventurous job. When a ship is in distress, you will travel to the emergency scene with a multidisciplinary team. Once on-site, you work together with the team to repair the ship's plant and get the systems up and running again. It is vital to salvage the vessel as quickly as possible. As well as working on actual ship salvage operations.

Your responsibilities as a Salvage Engineer

• As part of the mobile team, provide support to the Salvage Master/Project Manager at site.
• When at base, assisting the technical manager and the operations manager in the selection of new salvage equipment and setting up the right maintenance procedures.
• Maintaining company owned salvage equipment.
• Sharing knowledge with other engineers about complex ship's systems.
• Advising the salvage inspector and superintendent about how to break into existing ship's systems in order to use them during the salvage operation.
• Producing reports about the actions taken to get systems operational again. As you can expect from a leading international maritime service company, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment.

Your qualities
To make your mark as a salvage engineer with SMIT Salvage, you will need a flexible approach; you never know when or where your next project will be. You adapt easily to working with different teams and you are fully proficient in English. Of course, you are happy to work irregular hours and to spend longer periods of time abroad. In addition, you have:

• A minimum degree in any field with experience sailing onboard ships.
• Worked for at least 5 years on modern (merchant) ships.
• Preferably experience with a range of different types of vessels and engine-room plants.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays frequently, with OT and allowances compensated.

Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant is responsible in a wide variety of logistics activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving of incoming shipment, checking, repacking and put away (binning to shelves)
• Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged in SAP.
• Handle daily logistics and shipping activities including: Filing and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (Transporter, Forwarders, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area.
• Process of orders thru SAP transaction including pick & pack for shipment, issue to Service department, workshop and sub-con/fabricator.
• Handle filing of documents, e.g. Assembly orders, Production orders, Picking list, shipping documents.
• Carry out cycle counts activities as specify in the cycle count policy.
• Sorting of Picking Lists, Production/Assembly orders, Service orders for picking.
• Packing of returned seals from Service to put back to customer stock.
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. E.g. SAP work flow process and procedure.
• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet logistics demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow.  
• Enforcing safety regulations at all times. Understand Risk assessment, safe work procedure and Tool box meeting topics.
• Continuously improve logistics operations and processes through the use of Continuous Improvement initiatives/practices. Example: 5 S, eliminate 7 wastes and visual management.
• Collaboration with other departments to coordinate activities e.g. Supplier issue, rush order request and quality issue.   
• Communicate matter to the Logistics manager in order to keep him/her updated.
• Address issue and use problem solving tools to resolve the problem.
