Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
• Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
• Familiar with Payroll software such as MYOB

• Daily Update of Project/Operation Progress to immediate superior.
• To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
• To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime.
• Ensure to know project scope of works and meet the clients needs as per project standard and requirements.
• Together with site supervisor, review and ensure that engineering drawings issued for construction should be completed with site constructability.
• To learn on how to Check and to review issued BOM (Bill of Material) MTO’s for discrepancies and any non-construability or discrepancies shall be follow up and take actions.
• Together with material controller personnel in charge and manage for the respective construction areas to maintain an efficient and effective workflow and minimize wastage of all construction material and equipment.
• Immediate action if have any material shortage that is highlight from construction team and resolving any areas of concern at site as soon as possible.
• To learn on how to Coordinate for site arrangment to resolve any unexpected technical problem and liase with client personnel if have any engineering problem or design issues, if requested.
• Together with HSE personnel to resolve and close any finding at site.
• Together with QA/QC personnel to resolve and close any finding at site.
• Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements as well as project requirements.
• To learn on how to Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis or MTO.
• To learn on how to Prepare and develop MSRA before start execution any activity.
• To learn on Possess of techical knowledge, skills and international standards (eg. ASME, API etc)
• To learn on how to Oversee and monitor works progress as per project schedule.
• Update and report daily progress status and lookahead minimum 3days plan.

Job Description:

1. Provide administrative support to the Operations/Production Department.
2. Maintain records of transactions and processing of the product's status according to compliance requirements
3. Perform adjustments to correct pre-processing and processing errors in accordance with established procedures.
4. Accurately maintain/update Daily Processing Reports (DPR) and Tally sheets, including production quantities, materials used, and production stages.
5. Accurately record and track inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials in the cold store.
6. Perform data entry tasks to input production and inventory information into databases or electronic systems.
7. Verify the accuracy of data entries and cross-check information with supporting documents.
8. Collaborate with production and store teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to production records or inventory levels.
9. Assist in label printing & label layout design.
10. Manage consumables stock-level inventories to buffer stock to facilitate smooth production operations.
11. Generate reports, summaries, and analysis of production and inventory data as required.
12. Ensure compliance with record-keeping procedures and company policies.
13. Safeguard confidential information and maintain data integrity.
14. Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and documentation.
15. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to record-keeping processes and systems.

Requirement:

1. Nitec and above in any discipline.
2. Willingness to work in a mixture of locations, between the production floor (in a cold environment) and in the office.
3. Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
7. Verbal and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin/English-speaking suppliers/stakeholders/production staff.
8. Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is a plus.
9. Basic mathematical skills for inventory calculations and data analysis.
