Job Description:
• Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents, and purchase orders at the site office
• Provide admin duties and clerical support to site personnel
• Liaise closely with head office for necessary documentation
• Support members of a construction site supervision team by coordinating project files (hard and soft copies), preparing project progress reports, etc
• Tracking of all incoming and outgoing document correspondences and transmissions for both electronic and hardcopy
• Maintain registers for all submittals of project documentation
• Formatting of letters or reports by standard templates
• Tracking and well-keeping of stationaries and other inventories for the usage in site office
• Coordinating office administrative & account activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Ensure construction-related administrative activities, such as BCA registration, Application Submission
• Key petty cash, data entry, and filling account documents.
• Keep stock of office supplies and accounts, issue PO & DO, and order material when necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

9 am to 6 pm
Requirements:
• NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘N’ level
• Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in the construction environment
• Skills required: computer skills, understanding of words, excel, and PowerPoint
• Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking and can handle stress
