Location: Hybrid working arrangement : work from home / at the office.

Working Days/Hours: part time. Mininum 10 hours per week

Who are we looking for ?

• Mininum qualification 'A' Level / Diploma
• At least 1 year of working experience preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility
• Effective organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
• Computer literacy with practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
• Results oriented and able to work independently

Job Description & Requirements

· Ensure that phone call enquiries are promptly answered.

· Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing the calls, as necessary.

· Taking down phone numbers of the enquiries and allocating them to the sales consultants to follow up.
