Job Responsibilities:

· Support the HOD and Managers in the department with Administrative tasks and Document management.

Requirements:

• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Comfortable with boarding vessels within Singapore waters (safety training will be provided).
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English (written and spoken) proficiency
• Google, research and information finding proficiency
• Knowledge of Japanese language will be a plus to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
