The Role

Job Role

• Handles day to day order takings and in-house system data entry
• Builds relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries.
• Manages customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply, Operations) to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.
• Liaises and updates customers of the status of deliveries.
• Follow up with billing matters and generate Statements of Accounts to assist with the collection of payments.
• Processes sales order and verifies purchase orders.
• Generate delivery reports and assist on general administration matters.
• Coordinate import and export shipping activities in liaison with customer, supplier and shipping agent.
• Assist the reception to answer incoming calls.

Job Skills and Requirements

• Diploma/ “O” Level holder with 1 – 2 years of related working experience.
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• To be able to converse in English, Mandarin and/ or Dialect (to liaise with Chinese and/ or Dialect speaking customers)
• Customer service oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Position : Delivery Driver cum Warehouse -Van
• Location : Islands wide- Office in Toa Payoh
• Working hours : 5 days Monday-Friday , 8.30am-6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2700 basic + Overtime + Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Safety equipment supplier

Responsibilities:

• Review orders, verify and load goods then deliver goods to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Plan delivery routes
• Get customers to acknowledge receipt by signing on the DO documents
• Collect payments
• Update status in CDMS app upon completion of delivery
• Collect items from suppliers; verify item and quantity
• Maintain daily delivery / collection log

Requirements:

• Minimum Primary education
• Class 3 driving license
• Familiar with Singapore roads or use of GPS
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends when required
• Able to carry heavy things
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Top Manager's work, personal matters, and business affairs at all times.
• Translate documents, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of special events, conferences, and corporate functions, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• 1-2 years driving experience (Singapore type 3A, Automatic
• MPV Car) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting high-level executives or international business professionals.
• Experience in coordinating international travel arrangements, including visa applications and knowledge of travel logistics, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with international business protocols and cultural sensitivities is beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours and frequent travel to support the Top Manager's needs.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
