RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the School Admin and Procurement Manager to support school operations.
• Perform general administrative duties
• Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
• Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
• Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
• Assist in the management of student and school information
• Help in school logistics and events as and when required.
• Assist in any other duties as required by the Senior Principal and/or School Admin and Procurement Manager

• Possess 3 GCE O Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
• Additional IT skills will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day AR/AP transactions
• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals

Requirements:
