Skills and Qualifications Required:

• A diploma from a recognized Polytechnic is required
• Professional qualifications: Library and/or Information Science, preferably with a background in digital library and digital scholarship project implementation
• Professional working experience in a library as a library officer/library assistant
• Knowledge and experience in digital library applications, digital curation, and working with elementary school students preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operational activities to ensure optimum system performance and determine the system strategy for business continuity.
• Responsible for daily system health checks and proactive incident reporting.
• Support new operation initiatives and to drive development of system integration, acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing.
• Work with different stakeholders to perform technical support for any TRUST incident or request.
• Support infrastructure services either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring backup solution for data and system are operational state
• Support for any application/platform and security incidents, work with various internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining asset inventory to ensure all asset are accounted for.
• Ensure that Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) are properly documented and complies with audit requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or in relevant disciplines.
• Added advantage with AWS Certification - working experience in Cloud-based services, IT operations and vendor management.
• Proactive and dedicated individual with multi-tasking capabilities
• Working knowledge of and experienced in Public Agency IT/System environment is preferred.
• Familiar with cloud-based services such as Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with security and access control measures to control privileged access to test and production environment.
• Experience in networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, Network Security, Firewall rules, Load Balancers, VPNs and DNS,Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.
• Certification in AWS SysOps is a plus.

Job Scope

· Provide administrative support for operations and sales department

· Purchase raw material, sourcing for suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate with suppliers

· Liaise with suppliers on orders and coordinate shipping schedule

· Replenish office stationery and refreshment

· File and maintenance of source document after entry

· Answer phone calls and redirect to appropriate person in charge

· Assist account receivable (A/R) - Include issuance of sales invoices, perform sales receipt entry, follow up and chase for payment, answer and resolve any queries received from customers, and receivable monthly closing

· Assist account payable (A/P) – Key in supplier invoices into system, prepare staff claim, prepare and issue monthly payment to supplier, to check the supplier monthly statement of accounts, and assisting and payable monthly closing

You will ensure that all products being inbounded meet the quality standards that we have set for each style and each product category. You will also be tracking all issues, and coordinating with our suppliers to fix outstanding quality issues on existing and new products. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our jewelry, and a meticulous and keen eye for details will be required for this role.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough inspections of packaging, components, and finished jewelry pieces, adhering to strict quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and document any quality issues, working with the Product Development team, suppliers, and production stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality control activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality control SOPs

Who You Are:
