§ Project execution and implementation activities for energy monitoring systems projects.

§ Co-ordinate site staff and plan site activities for ongoing and maintenance projects.

§ Record and maintain proper project documentation record

Requirements:

§ Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering / Computer Science from a recognised Polytechnic/University

§ Preferably with experience in Energy Monitoring System

§ Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months depending on individual and company performance

§ Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

§ Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

§ Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

Internal

i. Responsible for “Profit & Loss” of assigned capital projects.

ii. Provide cash flow forecasts and costs budgets for assigned capital

projects.

iii. Preparation & submission of monthly contract review summary.

Customers

i. Liaison with the customer’s representative(s) for all matters related to

project.

ii. Preparation of contract agreements as and when necessary.

iii. Preparation of project schedule and ensure that project milestones are

met.

Suppliers

i. Liaison with the supplier’s representative(s) for all matters related to subcontract.

ii. Preparation of purchase order checks, price negotiation and contract

agreements to suppliers. Ensure deliveries are timely and in accordance

to specifications.
