Working Hours and Location

• Paya Lebar (City Plaza)
• 5 Days (Monday - Friday) (9 am - 6 pm)
• Able to start in mid-March 2024.

You’ll be in-charge of

• General administrative duties such as filing, organising documents, updating records, data entry and responding to emails.
• Provide administrative support to Company.
• Liasing with Outlets on any operational requests, queries, or issues to report to HQ.
• Liasing with logistic providers and warehouse personnel on picking and delivery of goods to Outlets.
• Assist in renewal of licenses and reminder of expiry dates.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Act as point of contact between internal and external parties.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Administrative related jobs.
• Individuals who are able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
