The National University of Singapore (NUS) launched the College of Humanities and Sciences (CHS) in August 2021, an enhanced undergraduate experience for students of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) and the Faculty of Science (FoS). What to expect:

Baby care duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Feeding: assist in feeding of babies
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental or physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Ensure Baby Safety
• Umbilical Care
• Oral and Eye Care
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager
• Mummy Care Duties Include:
• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications

• Possess certification in nursing care, infant care or other courses that are relevant

Additional Information:

• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

• Basic Salary $2,300 - $2,600 (depends on experience)

Job Scope:

• Sales order entry for general retail (ambient).
• Liaison for ice mountain bulk water delivery and empty bottle collection.
• Place shipment order for general retail wholesale customers.
• Check and submit claim for sales representatives.
• Manage the customer hotline for ambient products.
• Arrangement of free goods requisition orders.
• Prepare daily inventory report.
• Assist to place orders and make delivery arrangement for product sponsorships.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
• At least 2 years of sales admin support experiences.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
