Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer (Senior / Assistant), you are responsible for maintaining and repairing the heavy machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in the manufacturing, engineering and other industrial production processes. • Enter financial data into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Record and classify expenses, revenue, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency with accounting records.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Verify and process employee expense reports to ensure compliance with expense policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of ACCPAC is an added advantage
