• Upkeep Service Documents includes timesheets, service/repair reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses etc.
• Upkeep engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and integration processes
• Knowledge of vacuum machine operation and machine construction
• Submit timely documents of service activities and expenses

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering
• Entry level are welcome with 2 years experience in semiconductor tools is plus
• Proficiency in Japanese is essential as need to liaise with Japanese clients
• Hand on in high vacuum equipments, pumps, chillers, and compressors
• Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
