Troubleshoot the production machine technical problems

Responsible for end-to-end machine technical control

Overseeing the control of Masterbatch

Manage the maintenance schedule, Troubleshoot and coordinate with outsources for repairs

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience working in plastic production industries

Be the technical advisor for technical service, support and running trials with customers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. (posting of jobs descriptions, scheduling interview with candidates, extending offers etc)

• Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and forecasting to facilitate hiring

• Ensure all recruitment activities are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

• Monitor recruitment performance and timeline.

• Other tasks as and when assigned.
