Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update databases, including data entry.
• Ensure accuracy of record keeping.
• Receive and record of important and confidential documents.
• Preparation of Will documents, including printing, sorting and putting in envelope.
• Assist to verify final signed Will and all related documents.
• Scanning and binding of documents.
• Attend to general emails and phone calls.
• Maintaining consistency and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Liaising and working closely with other business units within the group in Singapore.
• Able to deliver work within the specified deadlines.
• Must be a team player and be able to work together with colleagues to ensure successful completion and implementation of projects and assignments.
• Willing to coach and train any other team members.
• Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Description

• oversee operation of a welfare home ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with SOP and law regulation
• Ensure attention and support meet with destitute person act and MSF regulation
• Maintain safety and cleaniness with compliance standards
• Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene is strictly adhere
• Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services
• Preparation of budgets and monitor cash flow according to policies

Requirement

• Min degree in social work or psychology

• 2 years relevant working experience in the social service sector

• Mon to Fri (Office Hours) - Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.

• The Welfare Home is for destitute persons.

Job Scope:

• Perform clinical and administrative duties
• Schedule patient appointments and registration
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality
• Registration of patients and provide customer service
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Operate Clinic Management System
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims is preferred
• Able to translate between English and Mandarin for the doctors

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a clinical setting
• Good patient care and service attributes

Job Details:

• Up to $3,500 per month
• Staggered Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm or 8.45am to 6pm or 9am to 6.15pm, Sat 8am to 2pm
• Able to work every Saturday and will be entitled to ONE (1) weekday off-in-lieu weekly
