• Handle phone call enquiries from patients, guests and vendors
• Schedule of patients dialysis sessions between inpatient and outpatient
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the dialysis center
• Control access to the center and monitor visitor logs
• Work with various departments for claims, payment, referral and admission
• Work closely together with respective hospital and laboratory for blood investigation and follow-up with blood results and water sample results
• Submit monthly reports on patient and treatment statistics
• Manage dialysis equipment and arrange preventive maintenance
• Tracking of statistics and data for quality indicators such as clinical quality indicators, hospitalization, adequacy of dialysis and vascular access complications.
• Maintain stocks records of Dialysis consumables, non-dialysis consumables, sundry purchases, refreshment items
• Provide financial counselling to new patients
• Assist with Medisave/MediShield claims applications
• Refer patient psychosocial and financial issues to Medical Social Workers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nurse Manager / Staff Nurse

Requirement

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of work experience in a dialysis centre and / or preferably healthcare.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with a positive learning attitude
• Organized and able to multi-task

Responsibilities:

• Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with patients under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
• Provide support in the application of modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Guide and educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care programs.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor and record patient progress and report to the supervising physiotherapist.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the delivery of physiotherapy services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with pediatric background.
• Ability to work within short notice.
