The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. • Preferably with sourcing experience in China
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels and able to work independently.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office/ Excel; knowledge in PMS will be an added advantage.
• Experienced individuals may be considered for senior positions.

• Offer quotes and address inquiries concerning motor insurance for clients and partners. Collaborate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for tasks like quotations, referrals, and appeals.
• Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and queries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of motor insurance and general insurance is an advantage.

• Acquire and implement marketing activities to bring in new customers and service existing customer relationships.
