About the role

As a Senior Behavior Therapist at Cotyledon Therapy Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavioural therapy services to our clients. What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualised treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies

• Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
• Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering behavior therapy servicesues
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions
