The Client Liaison Executive will build and maintain relationships with Ultimate Performance clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey with U.P., and helping to ensure positive client retention rates are maintained while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct sales consultations for personal training services with a strong conversion rate.
• Building rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities.
• Handling incoming personal training enquiries, dealing with client bookings and personal trainer consultations.
