Position Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES

Events Management

1. Planning and project management for major and ad-hoc events for TSA HQ and Centres (where necessary)
2. Sourcing and co-ordinating all necessary vendor
3. Sourcing and liasing with key event stakeholders and speakers
4. Co-ordinating all logistical requirements
5. Execute event communications plan for pre, actual, and post event
6. Analytics for event performance metrics

Volunteer Management

1. Arrange recruitment and selection activities for volunteers.
2. Perform reactivation and reignition activities for passive volunteers.
3. Carry out risk management measures for volunteers with the programme team.
4. Design volunteer policies and processes and review existing ones.
5. Conduct needs analyses for volunteer programmes.
6. Conduct volunteer recognition and engagement activities.
7. Conduct volunteer training programmes.
8. Develop requirements for volunteer profiles.
9. Ensure volunteer policies and processes are followed in programmes.
10. Maintain engagement with key stakeholders and volunteers through various platforms.
11. Maintain relationships with grassroots and community service organisations for volunteer recruitment.
12. Maintain volunteer database and training records.
13. Match volunteers to appropriate initiatives and programmes across our centres.
14. Manage and nurture new and existing corporate CSR and ESG partnerships.
15. Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop volunteer programmes.
16. You might be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the team relating to marketing communications if the situation arises.
17. Given the nature of the role, you might be required to work on weekends (fortnightly) to support various events for both HQ and centres.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) has a Research Assistant position in software engineering and computer science education research. The Research Assistant will be required to engage in the design, development, testing, and integration of tools that provide automated feedback and scoring for programming submissions. The Research Assistant will also support research user studies to test the tools for usability and its efficacy for learning. The Research Assistant will have the opportunity to participate in writing research publications about their work. The work environment is friendly and intellectually stimulating.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• The development of these technologies requires experience in Python and JavaScript programming, familiarity with the Linux/Unix OS, and associated compilation/build tools.
• Experience with web frameworks, API development, chatbot development, and Large Language Models is advantageous.
• Prior experience in software development is advantageous.

• Meeting with clients and other involved professionals at an early stage to agree on the project brief;
• Developing project briefs and working on these as the project progresses;

• Solving problems that might occur during building/construction stage;
• Carrying out defect inspections;
• Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports.

• Minimum 10 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment
  Familiar with building regulations (Singapore or Malaysia)

Who We Need

The responsibilities are as stated below:

• Provides radiography services in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
• Conducts special examinations such as CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy and Theatre Radiography.
• Liaises with and accepts advice from the Manager.
• Assists the Radiologist and doctors in the imaging process.
• Assists in the care and maintenance of Ultrasound and X-ray machines and radiographic equipment.

How to Succeed

• Bachelor of Science in Radiography or Diploma from College of Radiographers (UK) or equivalent.
• Registered with AHPC.
