We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content initiatives and drive brand growth across the APAC region. This role will oversee end-to-end management of English and Chinese marketing channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Website, RED, and WeChat. The ideal candidate will establish a strong brand image, amplify our presence in target markets, and support lead generation efforts through strategic content creation and collaboration with the BD team to optimize the conversion funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Channel Management

• Create high-quality English and Chinese content, including blog posts, press releases, social media copy, and marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures, and digital assets) to enhance brand image and online presence.
• Plan and execute content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), RED, and WeChat, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
• Monitor channel performance, refine strategies, and optimize content delivery.

SEO & Advertising

• Analyze website traffic and SEO trends to uncover content opportunities and optimize materials for key markets using relevant tools.
• Manage or support paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and RED ads, to increase traffic and engagement.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

• Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and designers to execute effective content strategies and campaigns.
• Align messaging and outreach initiatives with BD and Management teams for consistent branding.

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and evaluate content and campaign performance, reporting on ROI, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Set KPIs to assess the success of initiatives and refine future strategies.

Brand Visibility

• Strengthen the company’s brand presence by expanding visibility and engaging with key industry decision-makers through strategic campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Writing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience creating omni-channel content, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn and RED.
• Basic proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• Website management experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design with Customer support innovative package based on technologies for Semiconductor Power Applications using IGBT, GaN, SiC and Si Mosfet devices with device driver integration where reasonable
• Perform design rule checks (DRC) and edit data to comply with manufacturing guidelines. (DFM)
• Identify limitations of the design and suggest improvements to meet DFM for new products. Provide feedback on process critical dimensions and product features.

• Background on semiconductor packaging and assembly processes
• Knowledge with semiconductor power packaging assembly (interconnection, epoxy encapsulation, thermal dissipation, electrical impedance)
• Must be willing to travel both international and domestic as required to remote plants, facilities, customers or suppliers.
• Senior and Staff level with at least 5 years experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone enquiries and front desk duties.
• Coordinate with security team on vehicles, vendors, occupants, contractors or visitors entering the premises.
• Account and recording of damaged items, loss of equipment, defects after the guests’ have checked out.
• Communicate charges of damaged or loss items to occupants and escalate appeals for wavier to Resorts Ops Manager for processing.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the Resorts are well maintained. To record and report any defect and to engage Facility Management team to schedule repairs and maintenance.
• Administer resorts’ inventories and office stationery purchases.
• Assist on issues surfaced up by the housekeeping/security team/occupants in the absence of the Resorts Ops Manager.
• Assist occupants with basic troubleshooting such as issues with equipment examples refrigerator, air-condition or TV sets.

Other responsibilities

• Function as the Point of Contact (POC) for the followings:
  With Linen Laundry Service Vendor - Coordinate with Linen Laundry Service Vendor on the dispatch and collection of dirty linens.
• Logistics & Inventories
  a. Handles linen inventory and purchasing if stock is low
  b. Co-ordinate with housekeeping team for the accounting and preparation (example defect detection) of the linens for the villas.
  c. Administer villa inventory list amendments (4, 3 and 2-bedroom villas):
• Report of shortfall/additions of inventories
• Facilitate on boarding of physical inventory lists (both normal stores and linens) to online inventory tracking list and accounting of items issued to housekeeping staff or occupants directly.
