• Manage cargo booking and scheduling with airlines and master-loaders.
• Assist in logistics planning and operational tasks.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including cargo reception and inventory management.
• Coordinate, monitor, and fulfill logistics requirements for resource allocation, synchronization, and de-confliction.
• Identify optimal pricing solutions to enhance profitability.
• Procure airline rates and drive competitive pricing strategies.
• Apply expertise in customer tariffs, contract pricing, and rate application.
• Update and distribute carrier notices and information regarding surcharge adjustments.
• Possess strong knowledge of flight routes and understanding of airline cost structures.
• Optimize daily loading plans.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Research and monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
