Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing Direction) (Full-time/Part-time)

Full-time Salary: SGD 4,500 - SGD 6,500

Part-time Hourly Rate: Starting from SGD 20 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing full-channel digital platform operations strategies for courses/consulting projects, including EPR strategies, annual comprehensive deployment plans, etc., and aiding in recruitment and brand promotion.
2. Daily maintenance of all digital platforms, including the official website, ad detail pages, internal and external promotions, EPR content, etc. Attention to detail and quality control is required.
3. Follow up on digital marketing data, conduct performance analysis, and develop optimization plans.
4. Responsible for cooperation with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure marketing content output on various digital platforms.
5. Support departmental daily operations work, including but not limited to enrollment activities, school season/events, new media content supply, etc.

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing, as well as additional expertise in the To B industry, is a plus.
2. Deep understanding of digital marketing methodologies and promotion strategies, with practical experience in mainstream digital marketing ecosystems.
3. Excellent operational data analysis skills, able to discover and summarize market insights.
4. Independent project management skills, resource integration, and coordination abilities.
5. Proficiency in content creation software (AI, Ps, Pr, etc.) is a plus.
6. Highly sensitive to market innovation, with an unrelenting learning attitude and a mission-driven work ethic.
7. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens, the work language is English, and Chinese language skills for daily communication and conversation are preferred.

· Managed project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to overseeing commissioning and handling after sales enquiries.

· Provide technical field assistance, in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up for all CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.

· Assist customers service and the sales team, providing technical and process information for after-market sales.

· Coordinate customer service and purchasing department for after-market sales and delivery.

· Regular visits the prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.

· Maintain and analyses records of opportunities, quotes and contacts and knowing how to act on them.

· Engineering design & improvement of current parts

· Perform equipment assembly related task (quality check on incoming items, urgent assemblies, electrical I/O and PLC)

· Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred), or equivalent 5 years relevant working experience

· Ability to travel as needed. up to 30-50% possible.

· Customer service, sales support, or project management experience a plus

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is preferred), Excel, CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor is preferred)

• Arranging healthy lunch (every Wednesday)
