About the role

What you will be doing

• Prepare and submit income tax clearance (IR21) for work pass holders.
• Compile and submit CPF contributions, IR8A forms, and government-paid claims.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee data and implement process control improvements.

• Handle submissions for government surveys and assist auditors during the annual audit exercise.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in hands-on payroll processing for a minimum of 200 employees within an HR department.
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Experience with Times Software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF, and income tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and a high sense of commitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
