Job Scope

· Provide administrative support to management/office staff and operations

· Collate and keep records of office and organizational assets

· Receive and record (and host) visitors, parents and vendors

· Provide administrative support to volunteers and donor engagement

· Assist FCO administrative duties as and when required, rostered or otherwise

· To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and/or senior management

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions with payroll included
• Supervise and manage dorm hygiene ensure workers follow policy
• Process and manage all government grants
• Manage office administrative duties
• Perform as company’s MR function role in IMS process and audit where the need arises
• Managing site HR and Admin matters
• Support tender department in relation to HR, Admin info and achieve quality submission
• Organise Company event
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

THE JOB:

• Strategise, develop, and execute social media strategies and calendar
• Engage customers and audience on platforms including FB, IG, and GMB
• Identify and cultivate customer-influencers to amplify brand visibility
• Coordinate and oversee community/media events and exhibitions
• Collaborate on the email marketing strategy with the Sales and/or Operations teams
• Support and participate in the Group’s other marketing activities and administration

THE APPLICANT:

Education and Experience:

1. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

2. At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing, social media, or community engagement role

Advantageous Skills and Attributes:

3. Track record in email marketing, including managing campaigns and automations.

4. Able to manage and work with influencers

5. Experience in planning and executing community or media events and exhibitions

6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies

8. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

9. Enthusiastic about community engagement and customer relationship building
