You support our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. In this regard, you assume responsibility and accountability for supporting and coaching any staff under your care.

Your responsibilities as a senior crew executive (includes but are not limited to):

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily crewing functions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.
