MAIN PURPOSE

Incumbent is to support the Regional Retail Design Team in the strategic planning, coordinating and execution of retail environments to achieve brand business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage vendor on open sell modules production and program updates (LM)

- Provide guidance to markets on VMD ordering from HQ.

- Advise retail design team on production, timeline and material sourcing.

- Keep track on HQs offering closely liase with HQ counterpart.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of project process and timeline management

- Good analytical skills with good understanding of project requirements on Retail Design aspects

- Strong communication skills to liase with stakeholders from HQ, RHQ, Affiliate and vendors

- Take the initiative to suggest and advise on process improvements on project management relevancy.

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP systems and Adobe software is a plus.

- Basic understanding of financial budget planning.
