Accounting

1. Pre contract:

· Study specification(s) to understand customer’s requirements.

• Performing stock-takes and quality checks on new stock arrival.
• Assisting in data analysis of Stock Aging reports and working with the merchandising team on movement strategies for older stocks.
• Works closely with ecommerce, warehouse and retail teams in day-to-day work
• Prepare inventory reports management for review.
• Assist the Inventory Manager to keep close monitoring of both inventory levels and sales volume ensuring inventory level are managed effectively.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate reporting officer or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion/retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Meticulous in checking data.
