• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the creation of compelling content, campaigns and communications which clearly conveys and defines Catalyse Consulting’s brand personality and flare.

Catalyse is the consulting and training arm of AWARE, Singapore's principle non-profit organisation for gender equality. Put your marketing abilities to use to help promote inclusive and fair workplaces.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Assist the Director of Strategy in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to promote Catalyse and its products/services.
• Produce compelling copywriting and create visually appealing content for digitical marketing materials, including social media graphics, website content and advertisements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
