Requirements:

As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for the growth of OCBC mortgage business while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of customers. This role encompasses engagement via cold calling and texting with potential business partners. Progressively you will established your sales network through regular contact with your referral sources. A strong emphasis is placed on sales’ integrity and ability to follow the correct procedure and bank’s policies.

With an emphasis on accurately profiling customers' needs, you will actively promote home loans to customers through alliance and referral by agents, lawyers and developers. You will identify and maximise sales opportunities, and will also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationships as well as provide good after-sales service.

You will work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits and presentations to potential customers and progressively build referral base of your very own through regular contact with your referral sources.

Qualifications

As the Global Sr. Rewards and Equity Partner for the company, you will oversee all aspects of total rewards, with a strong emphasis on equity and long-term incentive programs (LTI).

Reporting to the Global Rewards Director, you will work with our global leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver competitive and analytically-driven compensation programs aligned with Airwallex's compensation philosophy and values. You will spearhead all facets of total rewards, encompassing compensation, benefits, and equity for our global business, with a strong focus on employee satisfaction and market competitiveness. This is a senior individual contributor role that will grow as Airwallex continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Total Rewards: Work with the global team to help shape, build, and evolve our total rewards program and approach. As is typical of growth-stage companies that are pre-IPO, there will be opportunities to establish our immediate and longer-term philosophy alongside the team and management.
• Equity and Long-Term Incentive Programs: Lead the design and implementation of equity compensation programs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategic goals and financial objectives.
