4. Soliciting potential clients (sales leads) to establish rapport and arrange meetings including:

• Cold calling

5. Handle and follow up with all sales queries from customers and sales leads, including:

• Preparing sales proposals, tenders, requests for quotations
• Rate negotiation with agents/vendors
• Accurate recording of sales and quotation details
• Following up on severely delinquent customers, assisting the finance department with minimizing overdue accounts receivable balances from clients

6. Oversee all new business throughout the sales cycle including on-boarding, implementation, coordination, after-action reviews and profit variance analysis

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in relevant course of studies
• Min. 2 years of relevant experiences in freight fowarding/logistics industry
• Possess good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in the mechanical engineering field
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Able to analyze information quickly and accurately
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

 As a Senior Data Analyst (Risk), you will be involved in supporting the risk operations by retrieving meaningful and relevant information from large databases, conducting data analysis to discover fraud trends and patterns. Thereafter, helping in designing long-term solutions to fight fraud. The insights you provide will contribute towards optimizing risk management strategies and creating business value by enabling trust for our clients.

• Handle end to end process from retrieving data, data analysis, deriving insights, summarizing, and presenting recommended actions to stakeholders in order for us to stay ahead of new and unknown fraud. 
• Utilize statistical tools to identify areas of potential fraud risk and/or potential areas of improvements to current fraud detection mechanisms. 
• Collect, validate, and clean data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability. 
• Optimize fraud detection by rapidly identifying emerging fraud trends through data-driven analysis in complex and large dataset such as device metadata, user data, payment data – and coming up with proposals to address them and preventing future occurrence. 
• Improve and maintain dashboards to provide visibility of key metrics and fraud patterns for relevant stakeholders. 

• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on data analyst. 
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields. 
• Working experience in handling large-scale unstructured data. 
• Proficiency in SQL or other data handling tools. 
• Experience in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Microsoft Excel.

• Responsible for the infrastructure network design, implementation, testing, security, managing and maintenance of proposed system

What your day will look like:

• Support Regional sales managers to develop the assigned sales territory for company products

About you:

• 6+ years experience in Security Industry with VMS and Access Control, CCTV 
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience 
• Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrations 
• Proven sales achievement / track record within technology sales 
• Attention to detail and process oriented 
• Able to work independently within a team environment 
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely 
• Bilingual communication is an asset 

Technical Requirements:
