Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing Support

• Support Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote 3rd party brands at retail supermarkets.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities for 3rd party brand partners.
• Develop advertising materials for POSM, digital and social media channels.
• Assist in creating sales support materials and retail in-store promotions.

Retail Marketing for offline Gourmet Retail Shop and online company Eshop

• Support Marketing Director in implementing local store marketing, weekly promotions and activities to drive foot traffic and sales in Gourmet Retail Shop and online store to meet assigned sales target.
• Plan weekly promotions for company retail shop and online store (including selecting right mix of products and setting pricing).
• Assist in overseeing retail merchandising efforts for optimal product display and sales.

Marketing Apps Maintenance

• Support marketing team to maintain and update mobile apps, and platform optimization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot app performance issues for optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user interfaces and overall user experience.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
• Propose and coordinate comprehensive organization-wide statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budgets;
• Consolidate learning and development needs to bridge skills and service gaps, enhancement of knowledge and skills sets;
• Administer funding matters;
• Manage a full spectrum of learning and development functions;
• Update of organisation chart, job descriptions etc;
• Assist in staff engagement activities and internal communications;

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience;
• IHRP certification is strongly preferred;
• Good communication skills to engage employees at different levels;
• Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR best practices;
• Team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;

About the role

As part of our shift towards innovation and growth, Wine Portal is looking for a Creative Executive to undertake marketing projects to build prominent brand awareness. You will aid to conceptualise and design creative marketing campaigns that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and customer interests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization, designing, creating and executing creative concepts for the Company's brands e.g. marketing collaterals, logos, displays, brochures, posters, product packaging, online and offline advertisements and promotional materials.
• Handle all print/digital/web/multimedia projects, from concept to delivery, as requested and briefed.
• Ensure that design artwork is aligned with brand guidelines.
• Translate, elevate, and incorporate the brand DNA in all design artwork
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create collateral and marketing materials
• Plan and art direct in both photo and video shoots for internal and external usage (If any)
• Do video editing and simple animation

Qualifications:

• To provide customer service to Club’s members/guests in a professional manner at the towel counter;
• Ensure towels, lockers and housekeeping amenities are sufficient for daily use;
• To maintain accurate records for daily towels and day-use locker key transactions;
• To handle and report missing towels, locker keys and lost and found items;
• To monitor the collection and return of laundered linens/uniforms etc from the laundry contractor;
• To check and report the cleanliness of the changing rooms to the Head of Department/Immediate Superior;
• To report any maintenance faults to the Housekeepers;
• To wipe clean the lockers in the changing rooms as assigned by the Head of Department/Immediate Superior;
• Simple operation of the POS computer system for cashiering;
• Ensure all towels and lockers in the changing rooms are cleaned and well-maintained for members’ use;
• To assist the Head of Department/Immediate Superior for pre-setup of events held at the Club i.e. ironing of linens, laying table cloths etc;
• To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time;
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.

What we are looking for

• Conversant with English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Hokkien, etc are definite advantages (to serve our members and their guests);
• Proactive, independent, work with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure;
• A team player and commitment to work rotating shifts and any 6-day, including weekends and public holidays;
• On-the-job training will be provided for those without relevant experience.
