PACE is an internal management consultancy embedded within Rio Tinto, based in Montreal, Perth, Brisbane, and Singapore. What you will need for the role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualified in Business or other relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about our products, pricing, promotions to customers.

Your role is focused on day-to-day delivery. Your team leaders will help you manage your tasks and priorities, although we do expect you to take responsibility here too. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Assist the Account Manager and Account Director on the day-to-day delivery of output for the Channel Management workstream, where you may support a various number of tasks such as creative production, reporting, social monitoring, content validation and coordination of client content calendar 
• Understand the overall client business objectives and support the development of strategies as needed

• Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience working in an agency is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
• Understands basic agency processes while knowing the operational function of each department
• Attention to detail and organisation skills are a must
• Comfortable with writing, proofing and public speaking – display a good command of English
• Skilled in MS Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
