Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a Senior Video Producer who can write, direct, and produce high-converting short/ long-form marketing videos to be used across Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube that sell health & wellness products directly to consumers online.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Leading & managing a team consisting of copywriters, video editors & content executives.

• Plan & oversee the creative execution of short-form and long-form marketing videos using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach. 

• Create script outlines & storyboards that combine a variety of storytelling narrative devices including narration, scripted copy, soundbites, video b-roll and graphics (both direct response & brand).
  
• Collaborate with creators & editors from pre-production to delivery, including providing feedback on edits, reviewing graphics and on-screen text.

• Analyze performance data, and use data to create incremental video optimizations that scale.
  
• Collaborate with editors to create video templates & optimisation guides for winning ad formats and iterations of them (including different hooks, structures, elements, lengths, mashups, audio etc).

Responsibilities

The Assistant Executive will provide assistance to the Executive Director (ED) and support to the Administration Team in the day-to-day management of co11ab’s operations as directed by the ED. The support will be in multiple areas such as digital marketing, clerical duties, records maintenance, routine upkeep of non-scientific facilities, meetings and events management, and basic administrative support to co11ab’s members (start-up companies). 1. NTU Shared Services (NSS) is a centralized unit within Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that provides a wide range of administrative, operational, and support services to various departments and units within the university. The NSS Technical Support Executive is responsible for providing effective IT/AV technical support role, in relation to the generic desktop/ laptop PCs, mobile devices, Audio Visual (AV) equipment, as well as NTU campus software. This position is supported by a Tier III grant to establish a Climate Transformation Programme (CTP) at NTU. As part of this programme, the Climate Finance Cluster will assess the multifaceted business risks posed by the physical impacts of climate change, narrow the protection gap, and facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The Senior Research Fellow will be responsible for developing procedures to measure and price risks arising from climate change suitable for each company so that climate risk can be managed by companies and hedged by investors, and seeing this work through to publication in major research journals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use computational linguistic tools and machine learning techniques to analyze discussions on climate change in corporate social responsibility reports, conference call transcripts, and the Management Discussion and Analysis section of companies’ annual reports

• Construct a dataset that can produce a climate risk fact sheet containing essential information about various climate risk exposure (e.g., drought, flooding) of a region or a city

• Develop a new multifactor asset pricing model containing a climate risk factor, which investors can use to effectively price in climate change risk and hedge climate risk

The Challenge

Ingesting data from multiple external vastly different sources at hundreds of rich data points per second, moving terabytes of data while processing it in real-time, running complex and complicated prediction and forecasting AI models while coupling their output into a hybrid human-machine data refinement process and presenting the result through a nimble low-latency SaaS solution used by customers around the globe is no small feat of science and engineering. This processing requires a highly reliable, stable, fault-tolerant infrastructure that can withstand multiple and varied uses and abuses by data analysts, data scientists, industry experts, and the end-users. The Data Services Team is responsible for the developer platform, and the impressive Amazon AWS estate Vortexa uses to achieve its purpose. This includes two major areas of concern: infrastructure availability, security and costs, as well as developer experience. We use a wide variety of technologies like Kubernetes, Golang, Kafka, Opensearch, Airflow, Athena, and others.
