This role will be responsible for driving the investment content and product marketing initiatives for Retail and Treasures segment across the group.

The role is responsible for identifying in-market opportunities and providing regional guidance on content, creative and brand strategy to drive retail and treasures customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Requirements:

• This role will need a strong understanding of retail banking products, key business drivers, key consumer insights as well as excellent written and marketing communication skills
• A strategic mindset, with clear understanding of the creative development process from concept to execution
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in driving outcomes and interacting directly with C-suite stakeholders
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, guide and influence regional and in-country teams
• Ability to think out of the box for creative solutions
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
• Looking for a marketing comms professional with minimum 10 yrs experience
