Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will help shape SHIELD’s go-to-market strategy by developing product positioning, creating and curating messaging, and conducting competitor research and analysis. You will report to the Product Marketing Manager and will be expected to work closely with several internal teams. You will need a “rollup your sleeves” mindset in order to produce impactful online and offline marketing assets, develop sales tools, and support other marketing tasks as required.

• Help create and own SHIELD’s product marketing plan from conceptualization to execution by identifying market opportunities, developing product positioning & messaging, and executing product launches.
• Work alongside internal teams to provide go-to-market support in developing and producing sales enablement and marketing materials (e.g. sales pitch presentations, product descriptions, kill sheets, customer success stories).
• Be a liaison point between marketing and the product teams to ensure our new product launches are communicated effectively to the market.
• Ensure our marketing materials are localized in any and all new regions that SHIELD is already in and expands into.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape across various sectors and industries and create a differentiated product positioning in order to establish SHIELD’s competitive advantage.
• To work to become a cyber security and fraud prevention subject matter expert for website content and ensure all product information is technically up to date and reflective of any changes to both current and new solutions.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, humanities, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• B2B product marketing experience in SaaS domain expertise is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce high-quality marketing content
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues effectively

As a Sales Executive we rely on you to:

• Drive group lead conversion to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Qualify prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
• Sell all facets of hotels in Singapore. In assigned territory, responsible for rooms, catering, food & beverage and other revenues as set out in the hotels’ budgets.
• Proactively seeks in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand total revenue impact on the hotels for better negotiation opportunities.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing accounts and solicits new business.
• Conduct all sales activities including sales blitzes, telesales, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, business trips (domestic and international), attendance at trade shows, and other assigned sales related activities.

Candidate would be responsible for analysing insurance business processes & KPIs, identifying best ways to consolidate and map, develop strategies for consolidated reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of insurance business processes, focusing on areas such as underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and customer service, with a keen understanding of the nuances and complexities within the insurance industry.

· Drive the identification and development of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to insurance operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

· Utilize a profound understanding of insurance reporting requirements to develop and implement robust reporting mechanisms, providing actionable insights for decision-makers.

· Lead the analysis and consolidation efforts in the context of mergers and acquisitions involving two insurance companies, ensuring a seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elicit and document detailed requirements, define project scope, and articulate business needs for insurance-related initiatives.

· Oversee and contribute to the generation of comprehensive business requirements documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the intricate demands of the insurance business.

· Facilitate and lead meetings with key stakeholders to discuss insurance business strategies, report on project progress, and address any challenges or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:
