Experience and Qualifications:

• We are looking for high performing, entrepreneurial and collaborative recruiters/headhunters with outstanding work ethics and passion for being the best in your specialised recruitment domain.
• You will have at least 3 to 6 years’ experience as a recruitment professional working in an executive search/recruitment firm – whether in large MNC agencies, headhunters, boutiques or otherwise, we are keen to hear from you. You’re able to show evidence of strong revenue performance, existing client networks and growing ability to broadly influence both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Focuses on day-to-day execution
• Provides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
• Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
• Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
• Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience is preferred in a Performance, social media or biddable media team.
• Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of performance media and digital marketing.
• Committed to building a career in a digital performance marketing agency.
• Practical expertise in performance activation on self-service biddable platforms (knowledge of additional tech platforms is an advantage too).
