Objective of the role

Key Responsibilities

Training administration

• Verify and approve employees’ training-related reimbursement claims using the SuccessFactors (Rhombus) system, including course fees, professional membership fees, FDS related expenses and etc.
• Address staff inquiries regarding training administration and reimbursement claims.

The IT Asset Management Advsiory Solution Consultant role is a customer facing domain expert who will drive innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills.

This role is a Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting role. The role takes a consultative approach with our customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions. You will partner with sales, solution consulting, and the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness.

Your Impact:

• Create and contribute in Sales campaigns for ITAM focused on Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Cloud Resource Management
• Serve as a thought leader on ITAM for ServiceNow
• Strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback
• Create and own programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of SAM
• Contribute to and maintain a showcase of SAM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
• Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs
• Performing business value assessments to determine the value for clients
• Demonstrations of solutions, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
• Responding to request for information/proposal documents
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
• Supporting Marketings events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars
• Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding how to best position ServiceNow solution
• Understanding business and technical problems the product addresses, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, licensing models

You will pick up skills on how to creatively integrate both traditional and digital elements into the overall media mix of advertising campaigns while managing the day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization and reporting requirements to meet client objectives.

Expectations of a Media Executive:

1. Planning 

• Partner your Planner to develop media plans with clear rationalization, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan
• Liaise with media owners for proposals
• Engage clients and creative agencies on day to day operations, competitive tracking & reviews, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional levels

2. Buying  

• Negotiation with media owners for better rates and value adds
• Booking of ads and setup of digital ads– both managed service and self-service
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission 
• Digital ad operations (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing) 
• Monitor ads during campaign period, weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings 
• Competitive monitoring for offline media (ADEX) and digital media tracking

Expectations of a Senior Digital Media Planner:

• Support the Media Director / Manager in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
• Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizations
• Apt knowledge & understanding of digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and Social
• Have prior platform experience in managing Paid Search and/or Programmatic campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
• Creates strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
• Manages the daily work flow of all client campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives
• Able to organise & delegate, sensitive to needs & problems of reporting staff – works across buying & planning issues
• Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leveraging cases from existing relationships to create new relationships
• Assist in mentoring, and developing team members – execs/ junior planners
