You will assist in planning, managing and providing both logistical and technical support for clinical skills workshops and stakeholders/clients. You will also play a crucial role in client relationship management by being involved in implementing new initiatives with industry and academic partners.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience.
• Must be willing to handle and work with body parts – formalin preserved and otherwise.
• Knowledge of anatomy will be an added advantage.
• Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or training environment will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Reporting to the Head of TOUCH Cyber Wellness, you engage and educate youths to develop their digital literacy competencies in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

You develop relevant curriculum, content and programmes, delivered in various settings such as school classrooms and social media. Working across teams, you develop platforms, activities and new ways of engaging youths and external stakeholders to advance the cyber wellness and digital literacy agenda in Singapore. You assist the team to identify trends and insights, conduct or supervise market research to identify new opportunities. You provide content development, project management and administrative support for TCW’s youth programmes – which drive real impact on the delivery and shape digital literacy projects & programmes and bridge the digital divide in disadvantaged communities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and execute cyber wellness programmes
• Design and develop cyber wellness curriculum/activities
• Utilise tech-based tools for learning and engagement for target audience
• Keep abreast with latest social media/ cyber wellness trends to customise or modify programmes to suit the needs of schools/ stakeholders
• Establish, coordinate and work effectively with schools and stakeholders for programme development
• Make necessary recommendations/measures to meet the programme budgets
• Responsible for managing programme finances and administrative work
• Drive marketing and publicity of programmes for assigned portfolio

OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• To engage customers and/or caregivers to identify their needs and provide them with relevant information and signpost them to the appropriate parties for support
• To provide administrative support for the operations of the Governance and Service Excellence Division

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information to persons with disabilities, caregivers and other persons visiting the Information and Career Centre of the Enabling Village
• Attend to enquiries relating to SG Enable and other schemes and services
• Support Business Units in first-level screening of application for SG Enable’s schemes and services
• Conduct first level assessment of client’s needs before referring them to the relevant parties for assistance.
• Document the details of enquiries received and advice given
• Assist in compiling the monthly reports for enquiries received by the Information and Career Centre
• Man the inbox for the Information and Career Centre
• Assist in record keeping and archiving
• Assist in updating the escalation list for the points of contact in Business units (BU) for public enquiries
• Follow up with Business Units to close outstanding enquiries
• Provide support for division’s initiatives and events as necessary
• Any other duties highlighted by the Company
