What the role is

The Pollution Control 1 Division (PCD1) is responsible for the control of air and water pollution, hazardous substances and toxic industrial waste. • Assist in the development and launch of marketing campaigns (online/offline) for Design Orchard physical and upcoming e-store
• Content creation and campaign management on social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) including providing analysis of platform insights
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for driving customer acquisition and increase both offline footfall and online traffic through marketing campaigns
• Identify potential partners that align with the company’s brand and business objectives
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership activities.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, attract new customers and build long-term relationships.
• Organize and manage customer loyalty programs, referral programs, and other engagement initiatives.
• Create and maintain digital content and planning calendar
• Track, analyse and report on events ROI based on predetermined pipelines, revenue and MQL metrics
• Analyse digital marketing metrics and identify trends and share insights with the team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve specific business objectives
• Identify press opportunities to increase brand awareness
• Maintain consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public
• Provide marketing-related support on SFC flagship events and initiatives
• Assist with the development of marketing literature
• Involvement in project/ad hoc tasks as and when needed

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent with 3 years' relevant experience
• Excellent organisational and written/verbal communication skills including copywriting, presentation, professional correspondence skills. Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media and with a good eye for graphics, design concepts and details
• Experience in leading and managing CRM, social media platforms and marketing campaigns
• Resourceful and creative in problem solving with the can-do attitude
• Highly motivated and driven to produce results and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, anticipate possible obstacles and deliver viable solutions in a timely manner
• Good knowledge of the various marketing disciplines especially modern marketing and digital marketing
• Experience in Fashion and/or Lifestyle industry with interest and/or knowledge in technology and sustainability a strong bonus
• Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Competent in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and other marketing collateral (graphic, photo, video) development software a plus
