As a Telesales cum Digital Marketing Executive at ClearSK, you will play a crucial role in our success by converting customer inquiries into appointments and online sales through phone calls, Whatsapp &/or SMS conversations. Telesales Responsibilities:

1. Convert customer inquiries into appointments and online sales, showcasing your exceptional sales acumen.
2. Efficiently negotiate and book appointments based on customer preferences into our efficient online booking system.
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for placating unhappy customers, and when necessary, escalating cases to the service manager or management for follow-up.
4. Avail yourself of training provided to effectively use standard phone scripts, filter calling leads from our customer database, and manage the computerized call/text systems securely.
5. Reach out to absentee customers and persuade them to return for visits or treatment appointments, showcasing your persuasive skills.
6. Optimize booking schedules by rescheduling customers' appointments from no-show slots and reallocating overbooked slots/doctors to under-booked ones.
7. Learn to enter sales invoices and manage package utilization/deductions on a timely basis while ensuring the completeness of the sales contract.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat, showcasing your digital marketing expertise.
2. Leverage your excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and effectively convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
3. Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction and service, thereby contributing to our clinic's growth and success.
4. Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies, continuously learning and integrating new advancements, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E commerce, Business or any related field. Applications from recent graduates are highly encouraged.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• A tech-savvy individual with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

What you will be working on

Our Applications Development team drives the analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Board’s application systems to support the delivery of key CPF schemes to the public.

In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyse business requirements and translate them into high-level use cases.
• Prepare workflows, develop technical specifications, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Prepare project plans and documentation according to standards and guidelines.
• Perform coding and provide systems support, including SIT, UAT, and participation in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Provide user support through troubleshooting and timely resolution of any incidents encountered.
• Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to ensure project success.

Over the past 10 years, we have built confidence with our customers in terms of consumable parts, especially for High Performance Plastics and Rubber products in terms of quality and competitive pricing. We have also move from supporting CMP modules to other areas, such as CVD (NOVELLUS), PVD, Etch and Implantation for other parts overhaul services and consumable parts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the team to receive and process orders accurately and promptly.
2. Address and resolve any order discrepancies, delivery issues, or customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Prepare delivery orders and other documents to local and overseas customers accurately and follow up promptly to close the internal process.
4. Perform quality check selected repair products and compile the necessary documents (Basic Technical Training will be provided by our managers and trainers)
5. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and provide input to the team on stock availability and potential shortages.
6. Support financial administrative tasks, such as generation of sales invoices, verification of staff expense claims, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or any related field.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
6. Bilingual in both spoken and written Chinese and English - to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain high standard of service excellence to patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Preparation of clinic for daily operations prior to opening and facilitate proper handover at the end of each clinic session and at end closing time.
• Assist doctors and act as chaperones during in-clinic consultations and teleconsultations, providing translation support when necessary.
• Timely follow-up of administrative tasks after clinic sessions, including handling inquiries, educating patients on managing appointments and making payments online e.g., using HealthHub, and scheduling appointments promptly.
• Handle counter duties with precision for accurate registration and billing.
• Attend to patient enquiries through various platforms, e.g., face-to-face, phone, and emails.
• Provide financial counselling with knowledge of financial schemes available to patients.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective teamwork.
• PC / computer literacy and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) and staggered working hours (from 8am to 5.30pm; 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm).

Scope:

• Provide supervision services for all geotechnical works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements
• Oversee the geotechnical team and personnel
• Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC and the QP(D)s and QP(S)
• Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessmentsfor works, workplans, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals
• Provide all relevant endorsements required by authorities/agencies/client
• Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC
• Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to client
• Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work while ensuring proper supervision
• Monitor contractors' safety performance and participate actively in site safety management
• Conduct roving safety inspections, emergency & incident response and facts finding
• Report any accident/incident/near miss on site

Requirements

• Accredited with Resident Engineer certification under Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry Course (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• Registered as Workplace safety and health officer with MOM
• Minimum 10 years of experience , of which at least 8 years in major construction works in tunnels and deep excavation and foundation
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiar with all procedures in the Workplace Safety & Health Manual
