Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

- Support and execute marketing programs, retail promotions , email marketing , social media planning and posting, consumer events / sponsorship and partnership collaborations to help achieve business objectives

- Work closely with internal team to execute marketing strategies and digital content. Create content, prepare collaterals, videos/reels and advertisement posts.

- Assist in adaptation, production and updating of in-store and digital marketing and branding assets.

- Coordinate and execute KOLs programs / partnerships that drive brand awareness and conversions

- Manage content calendar that includes social media posts , email newsletters, and other content supporting marketing campaigns and brand story telling

- Assist in executing membership marketing (CRM) activities for growth and retention.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience

- Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator

- Meticulous, adaptable , creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment

- Strong project management and planning skills

- Good writing skills

- Result-driven and able to work under pressure

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.

· Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with product delivery strategies and customer needs.

· Assist in the creation and development of engaging marketing materials, such as product brochures, press releases, and digital content for social media.

· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to inform marketing strategies.

· Develop innovative marketing ideas to promote EyRIS products and services, reaching new clients and partners.

· Respond to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Event Representation & Global Branding:

· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.

· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.

Administrative & Operational Efficiency:

· Perform any other additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Send out notifications to ships about changes in navigation, port regulations, safety guidelines, training materials, and updates to documents.
• Keep track of acknowledgment receipts for notifications.
• Support in revising updates to important documents.
• Record and organize information on maritime incidents and accidents reported by vessels.
• Manage invoices for the department.
• Maintain the reference publication library for the department.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.
• Perform any other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)
• At least 2 years’ work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
• Knowledgeable on ISM, ISPS, MLC Audits as well as Flag states.
• Meticulous, diligent and professional
• Good drafting and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel

Overall in charge of the company's HR & Accounts Work and general day-to-day office administrative duties.

• Checking, verifying and processing expenses claimed by staffs(Petty Cash)

• Daily bookkeeping
• Monitor A/R & A/P

• Xero software knowledge would be advantage

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist with foreign employee related queries
• Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters
• Assist with Payroll
• Arrangement of Employee Team Bonding Event

• Handle company confidential documents
• General administrative duties
• Assist with marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram
