Responsibilities

· Drive monthly / yearly E-commerce sales targets across all internal and 3rd party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers of final products, packaging material, collaterals etc to acquire items that meet our requirements
• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders to both Singapore and overseas suppliers.
• Track and monitor deliveries/shipments from suppliers
• Follow-up continuously with suppliers to ensure timely delivery & find solutions to any possible delays
• Perform quality analysis and control on delivered products.
• Create & monitor detailed reports on inventory levels of items.
• Work with the brand/sales team to ensure purchases and consequently inventory levels of products correspond with sales activity.
• Work with the finance team to process supplier invoices for payment

Technical Competencies:
