What you will be working on

Manage Facility:

• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with GMP regulations. This includes developing and implementing procedures and processes, maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, reporting incidences and preparing reports and data as required by management or to regulatory authorities.
• Assist to manage equipment- and system-related investigations, CAPAs, deviations change controls and to review records.

Maintain workplace safety & health (WSH):

• Adhere with WSH management system and risk management plan, conducting regular safety inspections, addressing safety concerns, and coordinating with security personnel to prevent unauthorized access or other security threats.
• Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.

What we are looking for

As the Accounts Executive at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, you will be integral in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. The Visiting Fellows/Visiting Senior Fellows are required to perform research and research related activities related to one or more themes of history, political, economics, cultural or sociological issues with focus on Southeast Asia and the region. Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with all production team on the production process and oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with AVA, NEA HACCP guidelines and ISO standards

Research projects seeking to improve tree structural stability in urban environments, including the development of new technologies and methodologies to assess defects in tree trunks, tree root parameters in constrained urban spaces and tree root anchorage strength, as well as wind load modelling and measurement for trees. Key roles for the projects above will include project management, field and laboratory testing, project coordination and contributions to reports and scientific publications.
