• Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare to conduct AAR of the incident.
• Conduct OJT training for new hires.
• Reviewing worksite SOP to ensure it remains relevant with the current operations.
• Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline.
• Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PLRD & PWM requirement.
• Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel.
• Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel.
• Manage and review security procedures.
• May require to stand in when shortfalls.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Security or equivalent discipline service Qualification is essential.
• Applicants with PLRD SS will have an advantage.
• At least 5 years' hands-on experience in an operational management or disciplined services or commercial security experience.
• Applicants must possess initiative and has demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage a team of at least 50 security officers at multiple customer locations.
• Applicants with financial, commercial and legal knowledge will be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Other attributes include good interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset.
• Class 3 Driving / 2A Motor Licence is preferred.
