Roles & Responsibilities

Duties

1) Washing and Cutting of vegetables

2) Cutting and marination of meat

3) Cooking of food (stir fry, deep fry, steaming)

3) Maintenance of all kitchen equipment

4) Maintain kitchen hygiene & cleanliness

5) Manage kitchen staff

6) Daily stock take and ordering

7) Checking of invoices and goods upon arrival

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets and prepare reports
• Available to work shifts and OT, which may include work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prepare to pick up incoming calls anytime especially after working time
• Maintain medical and staff records
• Track medical and office supplies stock
• Update patient health records, including admissions and insurance data
• Create work schedules for staff members
• Keep records of expenses and suggest ways to minimize costs
• Answer queries from doctors, nurses and patients
• Liaise with medical staff to identify efficiencies in the facility’s operations
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Healthcare Administrator, Medical Office Manager or relevant role
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Experience with administrative and accounting procedures
• Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (especially MS Excel)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
• A minimum of 5 years experience.

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: MacPherson

Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

- Answering customer inquiries through various channels like emails, live chats via WhatsApp, and social media

- Providing accurate and timely information about the company's products or services

- Resolving customer issues efficiently and in a friendly manner.

- De-escalating/escalating situations and handling frustrated or upset customers with empathy and proactive follow-up.

- Document/ update the QnA depository to ensure the knowledge is updated with standard answers/ future reference.

- Provide weekly report

- Other ad hoc duties assigned

• Expertise in Runtime Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Blueprint and Design Solutions.
• Proficiency in Java and experience in developing multi-tier applications using Java, Tomcat-5.5, and WebLogic servers.
• Experience in web services like SOAP 1.2, WSDL 2.0 and XML 1.0 will be good to have.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services, particularly in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Ability to lead and guide project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
