General

1. Review submissions for MOM/MOH/NHG.
2. Supervise HR Executives and Assistants in the performance of their work. Provide coaching and guidance to juniors.
3. Draft proposals, submit papers and deliver presentations.
4. Drive work processes simplification, enhancement and automation to enhance staff productivity.
5. Assess and present proposals to improve internal workflows.
6. Manage internal stakeholders beyond the team and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
7. Drive HR projects.
8. Perform any other duties / projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Min Degree holder
2. Min 4-8 years of relevant experience.
3. Good knowledge of employment law and regulations and HR practices of Singapore

Summary:

Responsible for providing HR administrative support with the full spectrum of employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding till exit management.

Scope:

• Conduct CV screening.
• Co-ordinate with hiring managers, recruiters and selected candidates on interview schedule.
• Ensure proper and complete documentation.
• Conduct and/or work with Verification Firms on pre-employment screening.

• Preparation and issuance of payslips.
• Administer leave and benefits system and attend to staff queries.
• Handling exit interviews
• Attend to training requisition and verify if within development plans and budget.
• Source for training course/provider and assist in registration where required
• Co-ordinate training schedule with trainer/vendor and staff and provide training administrative logistics where necessary.
• Assist in performace reviews.
• Ensure proper update and maintain employee data in P-Files, HRIS, leave, benefits and training records.
• Provide assistance in the HR system migration where required.
• Proactively manage and liaise with HR vendors.
• Other tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager / Senior Manager

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources/Business with 2-4 years of relevant HR administrative duties
