· Manage day to day accounts, update daily bank transaction in accounting system

· Prepare monthly inter-company settlement/reconciliation

· Handle petty cash and update daily transactions in cashbook

· Bank Reconciliation, collection and credit control

· Prepare GL transaction & journal entries

· Monthend closing activities

· Maintain fixed asset register

· Upload payments in the banking portal

· Other accounts ad-hoc related duties

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, or related field of studies

· Proficiency in MS Applications, particularly in Excel

· Working knowledge in ERP Software

· Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience

· Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meticulous with an eye for detail

· Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

· Team player with good communication, strong initiative and good interpersonal skills

· Priority will be given to those who can start immediately

• Monitoring and managing the entire customer service process
• Resolving customer issues brought to our attention in a timely and effective manner
• Creating procedures and policies for effective customer service
• Liaising with other functions such as marketing, business development and partnership to align customer service goals and initiatives
• Proactively review customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvements to achieve excellent customer experience
• Create presentations, training materials and conduct trainings / briefing sessions to on-site and off-site operations team
• Continuously embrace technology and innovation to simplify or automate tasks for operation processes to drive cost savings and efficiency
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept updated
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Operations or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
• Prior working experience in Real Estate industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Fast and independent with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to drive change and provide continuous improvement ideas
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing several stakeholder relationships across suppliers, internal and customers
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly

• Process Journal reclassification and Intra-company transactions
• Perform reconciliation of accounts e.g. intra-company related accounts
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and ageing analysis
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Schedules
• Monitor and follow up on aged items with respective stakeholders to ensure that Balance Sheet balances are current and up-to-date
• Verification of supporting documents and follow up on requests with discrepancies, incorrect or incomplete information
• Attend to queries from various Schools/Departments/Centers
• Provide support to external and internal auditors on retrieval of supporting documents and queries.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects/ assignments as required

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in General Ledger, reconciliation and financial closing activities preferred
• Knowledge of SAP financial system is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (e.g. Excel, Words)
