Job Description

1. Office Operations Management

• General Administrative and secretarial support to the Management.
• Provide full support in office establishment and maintain daily office operations.
• Provide support and coordinate activities for the Management.
• Company equipment management and procurement.
• Partner with other function teams across the Company to resolve employees’ issues.
• Office Remodelling and Planning

2. Business Travel Management

• Plan and manage international travel, including air tickets booking, hotel accommodation arrangement, car arrangement.
• VISA application documents preparation and submission to the embassy/VISA Application Centre.
• Build and management relationship with travel agencies, ticket brokers and hotel chains (corporate agreements, event spaces, guest services, etc.)

3. Events Planning

• Organise and execute Company activities, including staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, lunches, and team social events.
• Organise logistics for a variety of team off-sites and events. Serve as a lead of small events.
• Hold large-scale corporate events.

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Adaptable and flexible attitude
• Meticulous, pro-active and responsive
• Resourceful with strong organisational and co-ordination skills
• Adept in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Contract period: 1 Jul 2024 - 30 Nov 2024
