As a Passionate and Driven Executive in Community & Partnership, you will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
· Infuse your passion and drive into outreach efforts to companies, promoting program adoption and implementing job creation projects aimed at uplifting the local workforce.
· Identify and cultivate new partnerships with communities, institutions, and groups, leveraging your enthusiasm and tenacity to understand and address the career needs of workers.
· Project manage career initiatives such as organizing job events, skills workshops, and employment activities with unwavering dedication.
· Provide proactive employment facilitation assistance to job seekers, matching them with suitable positions and supporting their career advancement.
· Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share and impact.
